Advanced Dentistry

Dental procedures are mainly performed by Miss Max Tuck, who has many years of advanced dentistry behind her, and teaches several aspects of dentistry to other vets and nurses.  We have a separate dental theatre and the pinnacle of dental equipment to enable her to do this in an optimal fashion.

These include a ‘Vet-Tome’ extraction system, a dedicated dental x-ray machine with an iM3 specialized processor, specialized instrumentation and equipment as required.  All of our dental equipment is dedicated to the dental theatre, including anaesthetic machines and circuits to avoid contamination between clean and less clean areas (with the best will in the world, the mouth can never be as clean as a thoracic surgery requires)

In an emergency, please contact us and then come straight down to the clinic.

By contacting us, we can talk you through any first aid necessary, and can also alert the clinical staff of your impending arrival.

Out of Hours, you will be redirected to our emergency service.  There is an emergency line bypass on our phone system.

Emergencies will always be prioritized.
