Referrals

We are happy to see patients on both a first opinion and a referral basis.

If a patient is referred to us, we will send a full copy of our notes and a referral report back to the referring vet. Patients which are referred MUST go back to their original practice for unrelated conditions and treatments unless this would compromise safety or efficacy of a treatment – or a second procedure can be avoided – in which case we will obtain permission from the referring practice to treat these optimally.

An amazing, caring vets. Such wonderful, kind staff. A warm welcome as soon as you arrive and throughout your visit. Every pet is treated with kindness throughout what ever procedure they are having.

5 star service for pets - our two dogs love the place! Care and attention for pets second to none, and the only reason for a four star rating (rather than 5) is the 17-day timescale to submit our insurance claim form and two occasions when promised calls did not arrive while we waited anxiously for news of our dog's mystery illness.
