Tonometry (eye pressure measurement) – this is a way of checking for glaucoma or uveitis, both of which can be extremely painful and sight-threatening if missed. Prompt diagnosis and treatment are imperative to avoid blindness.
We also have a variety of other equipment allowing indirect or direct ophthalmoscopy, stains, drops for enlarging pupils etc. There is also magnification available to examine small structures in detail.
