Miss Charlotte White

Receptionist

Charlotte White has been part of the Whiteley team since 201x, starting full time with us. Previously, she managed a local branch of a national restaurant chain, learning both customer and financial skills. A senior member of the reception team, Charlotte also runs the PH scheme and is responsible for sorting out customer financial issues.

Charlotte’s cheery smile and positive attitude make everyday brighter for both colleagues and clients.

Charlotte lives locally with her ragdoll cat, Blue, who keeps her under firm control. She loves to keep fit – however we lead her astray with lots of goodies and the odd pizza

We have been using Whiteley Village Vets for over 5 years for our many cats. The standard of care has always been excellent. The team always go the extra mile to look after your pet. The whole team are friendly and extremely professional. I’ve seen two of the vets Cara and Sasja who are fantastic and work so hard to make sure they do the best for your pet. The vet nurses are all talented, lovely and the receptionists so welcoming

We were lucky to have Cara as our vet taking care of Max and Gus since they were puppies, a time spanning 14 years! Nothing but kindness, professionalism and dedication was shown to all the pets and pet parents that visited Whitley Village Vets in a time of need! Each and every one of the staff at Whitley is incredible. They are all a special kind of people. The BEST of the BEST!!

An amazing, caring vets. Such wonderful, kind staff. A warm welcome as soon as you arrive and throughout your visit. Every pet is treated with kindness throughout what ever procedure they are having.

5 star service for pets - our two dogs love the place! Care and attention for pets second to none, and the only reason for a four star rating (rather than 5) is the 17-day timescale to submit our insurance claim form and two occasions when promised calls did not arrive while we waited anxiously for news of our dog's mystery illness.
