Rachel Brant qualified as a VN in XXX and has since worked in a variety of practices locally. She joined Whiteley in 2016, taking over the nursing team management, and quickly turning into the lynch pin of the practice.
Nowadays, Rachel wears many hats:- she runs the nursing team, and is often to be found teaching the junior nurses. She is still very much a hands on nurse, undertaking many of the more difficult procedures and anaesthetics, complimenting the surgical team. She is also involved in the general management, with an office day weekly for boring stuff which keeps the practice running and Cara semi-sane.
Outside work, Rach lives with her husband Neil, their 2 dogs, Lenny and Pip, several cats (Gorgeous George, Teddy and Locutus (Smoosh)) and multiple ferrets.
