We have been using Whiteley Village Vets for over 5 years for our many cats. The standard of care has always been excellent. The team always go the extra mile to look after your pet. The whole team are friendly and extremely professional. I’ve seen two of the vets Cara and Sasja who are fantastic and work so hard to make sure they do the best for your pet. The vet nurses are all talented, lovely and the receptionists so welcoming

An amazing, caring vets. Such wonderful, kind staff. A warm welcome as soon as you arrive and throughout your visit. Every pet is treated with kindness throughout what ever procedure they are having.

5 star service for pets - our two dogs love the place! Care and attention for pets second to none, and the only reason for a four star rating (rather than 5) is the 17-day timescale to submit our insurance claim form and two occasions when promised calls did not arrive while we waited anxiously for news of our dog's mystery illness.
